This house was arranged to meet the requirements of those who are in an artistic inclination, and want a home with some tasty and artistic corner in every room. It will make an excellent residence for a lawyer, doctor, minister, or anyone with an artistic turn of mind. The studio can be converted into a law library, by placing a tier of shelves on the kitchen side of the room. Grille design No. 3 reversed, separates library from studio. Grills can be used in the parlor, hall, dining-room and library, if desired, all different styles. Size-45 x 54 feet. Height of first story, 10 feet; second story, 9 feet 2 inches.
